By using any OpenFluff tool or service ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our tools.

2. Our Services

OpenFluff provides web-based tools, calculators, and utilities. Some are free; some require payment for premium features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time.

3. Accounts & Payments

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use our tools for illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our services.
• Scrape or bulk-download content without permission.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. Intellectual Property

All OpenFluff tools, designs, code, and content are our intellectual property. The results you generate using our tools belong to you — use them however you like.

6. Embeds

You may embed our tools on your website using provided embed codes. The embed must link back to OpenFluff. Removing attribution is not permitted on free-tier embeds.

7. Disclaimer

Our tools provide recommendations based on general behavioral science principles. They are NOT financial, legal, or professional advice. Results are for informational purposes only. We are not liable for business decisions made based on our tool outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenFluff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using our Services at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
